- Reconciled employee records from several SAP HCM instances across subsidiaries, matching people whose IDs changed between companies on name, date of birth and national ID, then migrated one clean history per employee into SAP SuccessFactors.
- Built the Employee 360 view on top: 1M+ workforce data points, first through scheduled SuccessFactors extracts into Excel and Power BI, then in QlikSense, and finally on the group's AWS platform.
- Automated group HR reporting with Power Query and Power BI for departments across the subsidiaries, cutting manual reporting effort by 70%.
- Automated high-volume work in Python: certificates for 2,500+ employees generated as PDFs and images, and personalised emails with individual attachments sent across the group.
- Supported the AWS data platform team: mapped SuccessFactors data to the AWS views, defined the key indicators and review checks, and validated the results.
- Contributed to the HR chatbot proof of concept and testing on the data side.
- Produced workforce planning analysis and KPI dashboards for senior management.

- Delivered Central Bank of UAE actuarial requirements for ADNIC, where SHMA was the appointed external actuary: underwriting reviews, the pricing adequacy report, reserving and ad hoc analysis, alongside loss variance and reinsurance strategy work for other major UAE insurers.
- Combined actuarial, claims and reinsurance data in integrated Alteryx and Excel frameworks, shortening reporting cycles.
- Built Qlik dashboards and variance models that improved reporting accuracy and turnaround.
- Led research and development of a UAE Workers' Compensation framework, including pricing models and reinsurance insights.
